Kindly use tips:

Please ensure the "→" arrow mark (on female connector) and " 12v" mark (on strip light) are on the SAME side. If not, it won't work. Please unplug, rotate and replug.
Before using the remote control, remove the transparent plastic chip.
Please spread out the roll of the light strip before lighting up to avoid any overheat or damage of the LED light strip.
You can cut the exceeded length according to your need. But if you cut the light strip, only the part of the light strip connected to the controller can continue to work.
