1. Account Onboarding & Tax Exemption

  • Account Registration: To unlock our exclusive B2B pricing tiers, please register for a wholesale account on our website Business Partners.
  • Tax Exemption Notice: If your business qualifies for tax exemption within Canada, you are required to provide your Business Number (BN) along with your regional GST/HST/PST/QST Registration Numbers.

Note: If you have already submitted your tax registration numbers in the application form, please ignore this requirement. If you haven't submitted them yet, please email your certificates to business@lepro.io.

  • Approval Time: All corporate profiles will be manually verified and approved by our sales team within 1–2 business days.

2. MOQ Policy & Volume Pricing Tiers

No MOQ (Drop Shipping Friendly): We fully support drop shipping businesses with no minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements. You can purchase as little as 1 item.

Bulk Buying Recommendation: For large-volume buyers, we highly recommend purchasing in full cartons or full pallets to ensure maximum shipping efficiency and product protection.

Volume Discount Tiers: Discounts are calculated based on the quantity per order and will be automatically applied at the checkout page:

  • Under 10 pcs: Standard retail (B2C) discounts apply.
  • Buy 10+ pcs: Get 10% OFF
  • Buy 20+ pcs: Get 15% OFF
  • Buy 100+ pcs: Get 25% OFF
  • Buy 200+ pcs: Get 30% OFF

Important Price Protection Note: Multiple discount codes cannot be combined. However, during major promotional seasons, if the public B2C retail discount is deeper than your wholesale tier, our intelligent system will automatically compare both and apply the maximum available discount for you. You are always guaranteed the lowest price.

3. Payment Methods & Terms

We operate strictly on a Pay-Before-Ship policy for all wholesale transactions. Available payment methods depend on your total order value:

  • Orders under $1,000 CAD: We highly recommend paying via Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay for instant processing, but EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) / Wire Transfer is also fully supported.
  • Orders between $1,000 and $2,000 CAD: Credit cards are accepted, but EFT / Wire Transfer is highly recommended to prevent checkout processing delays.
  • Orders over $2,000 CAD: EFT / Wire Transfer is MANDATORY. Credit card payments will not be accepted for these amounts.

  • Shipping Fee: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all B2B and wholesale orders.
  • Local Dispatch: All orders are fulfilled and dispatched locally from within Canada to ensure seamless delivery without customs hassle.
  • Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it is typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
  • Standard Transit Time: Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days depending on your province.
  • Pallet Orders & LTL Freight: Large bulk orders shipped on pallets will be delivered via freight trucks (LTL). Please note that actual transit times for pallet deliveries may fluctuate depending on the trucking carrier's routing schedule.
  • Delays Disclaimer: Delivery timelines may experience temporary delays during peak holiday seasons or due to extreme weather conditions across Canada.

5. Warranty Policy & RMA Returns

  • Product Warranty: We provide a comprehensive 1 to 5-Year Warranty depending on the specific product model. Our warranty terms are fully compliant with Canadian local consumer and commercial protection laws.
  • RMA Return Process: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please fill out and submit our online RMA Request Form directly on our website. No account login is required to submit the form.
  • Resolution & Support: Our customer support team will actively follow up on your request and review the details (order number and photo/video proof are required for evaluation). We will promptly arrange a refund, a product replacement, or replacement accessories/parts based on the situation.
