- Please ensure the "→" arrow mark (on female connector) and " 12v" mark (on strip light) are on the SAME side. If not, it won't work. Please unplug, rotate and replug.
- Before using the remote control, remove the transparent plastic chip.
- Please spread out the roll of the light strip before lighting up.
- If you cut the light strip, only the part connected to the controller can continue to work.
